Painting this and talking to my husband helped me overcome my bout of anxiety and depression today.

It is essential to talk to someone to give your mind a break. Write, read a book, draw, doodle, play a game. Do whatever it is that you love. It helps to take some time for yourself. Always remember that you are not alone and that you are loved!
